We completed this project for a private client. It was a new penthouse of a listed mansion block on the Cadogan Estate. The client had purchased loft space and we extended the apartment into another floor. There was no access through the block so a large scaffold and hoist were utilised plus regular crane lifts. Our relationship with the local authorities helped us to carry out these operations with a minimum of disturbance to the local residents and minimal road closures. 

The design and detail were very complicated and utilised many highly specialised subcontractors. The program needed to be managed in detail so that each specialist could be introduced at the correct time and in the environment was suitable for their element of works.
