Description
This project was undertaken for Howard de Walden Estates. It was the demolition of the existing mews house, excavation of the basement to create a new property.
The project was designed by Sonneman Toon Architects and won the UK Property Awards 2016 ‘Architecture Single Residence’ Award. It was also short listed in the AJ Retrofit Awards 2016 ‘Retrofit House Category’.
