Description
This project was the total refurbishment of a 90,710 square foot warehouse and associated offices. This required new mechanical and electrical overhaul and new bathrooms. The warehouse was stripped completely with new lighting and floor coverings. The roof was also overhauled and a new car park with upgraded drainage provided.
