This project was completed in 2 phases. The ground floor apartment was sympathetically stripped in phase 1 and new mechanical and electrical services installed. Care is taken to preserve the listed interior with many areas restored where needed. New structural openings were made and the property reconfigured. Previous common parts areas were incorporated within the residence. 

In phase 2 the floor structure was opened with a new staircase to the lower ground floor. A further bedroom, bathroom and media room were constructed. The media room was a converted from an existing vault with further excavation beneath the highway.
